If you miss a session, your trainer may reschedule you for a makeup session. However, it is not guaranteed that your trainer will have availability outside of your agreed upon weekly day/time. If a makeup is able to be completed, it must be done within one month of the missed session. If your trainer has to miss a session, you will be guaranteed a makeup session OR a refund for the session.

We recommend everyone to get at least four days of moderate physical activity per week. Most clients will train with their trainers 2-4 times per week. We encourage you to stay active even on days when your trainer doesn’t come, if you are completing under four sessions per week.

Each session lasts 45 minutes. There will be three rounds each workout, each typically lasting 12-15 minutes, with a couple minutes of rest in between each round.

Yes, every trainer we employ has been certified through an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA)
